Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup oil
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups peeled and grated zucchini
- 3 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup nuts (type of nuts isn't specified)
Instructions:
- Beat eggs until light and foamy
- Add oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla
- Mix lightly but well
